Contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all electronics processing.
Secure Packaging
Place the sensor or meter in its original anti-static packaging and protective box to prevent damage to the sensitive internal components during transit.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided return label or ship via a traceable carrier to our service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Inspection and Refund
